Mine is a ONE MAN SHOW.............
I don't have sales representatives moving in the market who can attend to you on demand....................
I am aiming to become an ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF SOUND, and I sort out all ACOUSTICAL PROBLEMS personally by knowledge & deep thinking.
Deep thinking goes in EACH and EVERY project .
It
is " Time "& " Money " consuming to make a site visit in mumbai.....................,
and mainly to avoid futile calls from Bogus Clients...........
( People Looking for Free Knowledge from somewhere............... )
I have to charge a visit fee.
( Any sensible client would always be ready to pay such a visit charge )
( architects can collect it from their clients )
You have Three alternatives :-
( 1 ) No Knowledge Visit :-
Rs 200 for local visit in mumbai ...............
Rs 300 for NAVI MUMBAI,THANE, Panvel,Vasai,etc,and such, far off places.................
No knowledge will be given in this visit........
I will only study your problem and
suggest my fees to inform you about all possible acoustical solutions.............
Its upto you to move ahead in the matter...
or just pay visit charge...
& say the standard phrase " We Will Let You Know."
( 2 ) Knowledge Visit :-
I am trying my best to offer to the public a knowledge of " WORLD CLASS ACOUSTICS " at as affordable a rate as possible........
Rs 1200.for visit in mumbai............
Rs 1500 for Thane,navi mumbai,vasai, etc & Beyond...........
Rs 2500 for Pune,Nashik,Vapi,surat, etc ,etc,etc,...............
In SMALL and simple CASES,complete preliminary ORAL knowledge,about all possible solutions, will be given to you in this scheme.
If you want, you can note down the solutions offered by me. while we are discussing ........
In most of the cases this is enough.............
Further,
I will suggest my fees if " ANY MORE " of my involvement is required to
offer more detailed services like.........
written report..................... ,supervision...................,etc, to sort out your this problem.
It is upto you to decide on those "further services".............
N:B :- If you come to my office there is no charge to see me.
please remember that the visit charge is not because I am a BIG SHOT.

is because I am a SMALL FRY...........

My Fees :-
( Discount for deserving cases )
I charge a fixed lumpsum fees, not related to any cost of material. or execution...........
Rs 8000 for a very simple case to Rs 1,80,000 & onwards for complicated cases
like Auditoriums,.......cinema multiplex......, recording studio......, video editing studio......,discotheques......, noisy canteen........,etc, etc
We can also work on percentage basis.
In all small cases upto Rs 30,000 our fee's are FULL ADVANCE.
For bigger projects fee's would be stage wise.
My Report :-
On receipt of required advance and written order we start preparing a report of all possible solutions for the
problem on hand & submit it as early as possible.
It will be a pure technical report.( Hand -written or by E-Mail. )
Cost of executing such work can be worked out by your known interior contractors...........
OR I can suggest one with experience.
I will suggest the name of suppliers of any UNUSUAL items which I may have suggested in my technical report.( If At all required).
We do not favour any particular material.
we just suggest what is ACOUSTICALLY the best for this particular site,this specific problem....
I try to work out as easy ( and Inexpensive ) a solution as possible.
" Maximum Acoustics "...... at.......". Minimum Cost "........... is my aim.
You can implement to the extent that you can afford.
Client's Involvement :-
My report should be read by the client himself.............
Client means a person who is going to occupy the premises once the acoustic & interior works is over...........
His involvement is very necessary for his satisfaction at a later date.
He cannot just come at the end of the works & start questioning me........??????
Full involvement of the architect is also required,because sometimes their assistants take things too casually............
& does not convey my full message to the superiors.
Acoustical Supervision :-
Most
critical Acoustical works need stage wise checking.
We undertake this
work for our own projects as well as projects by other Acoustical
Consultants.
Our visit charge would be minimum Rs 500 per day ONWARDS depending on site location &
conditions.
I do not tolerate any faulty acoustics on the job.
Full Night sound Check :-
Rs 1000 ( Applicable for discotheques,etc,etc.).
Any Other acoustical Services rates can be enquired by you.
Execution
Acoustics can be executed by any good carpenters.
If required we can suggest names of experienced decorators............
The choice is all yours...........
There are many clients who suffer poor acoustics because they are under some illusion that unless they give work to some "big decorators" their acoustics won't be done..........
Rest assured acoustics can be done by any good carpenters........
