It is ONLY MAKAAN...which remains a distant DREAM...
I am in MUMBAI since last 35 years & have been reading about BUILDING CRASHES...& the LIVES LOST due to it...
Nearly 80 % of our life is SPENT INSIDE A BUILDING........
It could be your OWN HOUSE............
YOUR OFFICE........
RAILWAY STATION...........AIRPORT...etc,etc...
SAFETY OF OUR LIFE is DEPENDENT on the SAFETY of the BUILDING in which you are LOCATED at that PARTICULAR TIME...
REDEVELOPMENT...is NOT MY BUSINESS..............BUT.........I would like to HIGHLIGHT some very important points....the NEGLECT OF WHICH is CAUSING the COLLAPSE of EVEN...buildings built just a DECADE BACK.......
WATER.....& the CORROSION which it brings...is the HORRIBLE & UNBELIEVABLE CULPRIT...
( HENCE...YOU HEAR ABOUT MANY COLLAPSES.....in the RAINY SEASON )
You will notice that even the POCCHHA which you do REGULARLY to the FLOOR...is REDUCING the LIFE OF YOUR BUILDING...
The UNSEEN MOISTURE LEAKING from your WATER-PROOF BATHROOM & TOILET is CAUSING the METAL in the SLAB to CORRODE...
YOU REMAIN in ILLUSION...EVEN BRAND NEW BUILDINGS start DETERIORATING...as soon as you OCCUPY it.
SLOWLY & STEADILY I will keep pointing out such neglected precautions...because we don't even know it...
FIRST comes KNOWLEDGE...then comes IMPLEMENTATION....
Become aware of the WATER LEAKAGES in your BUILDING.
